Cancellation

24 Hour Notice is REQUIRED. One makeup lesson is allowed per session.

Session Expiration

Sessions purchased in blocks of 6 MUST be completed within 60 days.
Sessions purchased in blocks of 12 MUST be completed within 120 days.

Weather

In the interest of safety it is Swim Boca's policy to reschedule rather than conduct a lesson in poor weather conditions. If it is thundering and lightening in your area please contact us prior to your scheduled lesson.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and personal checks with valid drivers license are accepted. Bounced checks will incur a $25 fee.

** A valid Credit/Debit card is required to be on file with Swim Boca reguardless of the payment method used. If check payments are not received as agreed upon and services are rendered, the card on file will be charged for those services.

Refunds

Swim Boca does not issue refunds for any of its programs. All unused funds shall become credit for future use toward additional swimming lessons. This includes medical reasons, moving, or missed lessons.
